Three Wishes v7 Update

This is another pretty big update, with the most notable thing being a Added Portuguese language localization thanks to the very hard work of Gamorou! Thank you so much for your efforts and contributions!

Some other bug fixes and such as well:

• The headpat event softlock should now be fixed. (99.99% sure this time, for real)
• Updated the compression on character art. They should be much higher quality now.
• Headpat Events now spend more time on lines with more dialogue and less time on lines with less dialogue. Before, each line was split evenly through the headpat event. This should make reading everything while patting at a steady rate much more easy now.
• Updated the credits roll with pictures of the props so maybe it'll be a bit more fun to sit through now.
• Fixed the Headpat Tutorial popup showing up even if players were headpatting correctly. Now it will only show up if players miss the first missable headpat opportunity.
• The loading screen now has a very small animation so the player knows stuff is happening in the background and it's not just a static screen.
• Updated the graphic for Saty's headpat meter to look more wing-like.
• Updated Addie's hair a bit in certain situations.
